We’re so excited about the Peoples’ Social Forum coming up in August 21st-24th, that we are offering TO PAY EACH AND EVERY QUEEN’S STUDENTS REGISTRATION FEE.
Registration is $25 a person, so we expect this to reach a lot of people!
The Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC 901) is funding two busses to bring people from Kingston to Ottawa and back as well. YOUR TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THIS EVENT, as well as your registration fee, WOULD ALSO BE PAID FOR.

For those not familiar, The Peoples’ Social Forum (PSF) is a critical public space aimed at fostering activist involvement of individuals and civil society organizations that want to transform Canada as it exists today.
It is a space for social movements to meet and converge, for the free expression of alternative ideas and grassroots exchanges. It seeks to inspire practical involvement in social movements and develop networked action strategies aimed at fostering the convergence of struggles, toward building a broad strategic alliance against neo-liberal and neo-conservative policies in Canada.
