About the zine: Pineapples Against the Patriarchy (PAPS) challenges rape culture, misogyny within our classrooms, in our activism, our homes, in the streets, and at our jobs. It is one of Kingston’s many responses to the disturbing rise of Men’s Rights Activism (MRA) that has targetted, harassed and inflicted violence upon feminist students, organizers, activists and community folks. This zine brings together diverse experiences and forms of resistance as well as seeks to offer strategies for how to stay engaged and overcome the effects of misogyny through our collective artistic expressions.
