‘Colonial Intimacies’ Symposium After Party: ‘#SonicIntimacies’

WHAT:  The Better Futures Collective and The Black History Month Committee presents #SonicIntimacies! After a fulfilling month of celebrating black accomplishments and an enlightening day at the “Colonial Intimacies” symposium, what better way to unwind than to dance the night away? Join us on February 27th at the Underground, on Queen’s Campus where you’ll be able to further expand your minds AND bodies!

9:00 pm -10:30 pm: Slam poetry session provided by POCTalk
10:30 pm – close: DJ sets by Mark V. Campbell
Get ready to be moved by the POCTalk collective and move to the musical stylings of Mark V. Campbell!!

WHERE: The Underground, Queen’s University, 87 Union st., Kingston, ON

WHEN: Friday, February 27th at 9:00pm – 2:00am

*Must have Government issued ID, and Queen’s ID or symposium wristband*
