‘Dear Queen’s community members,
The Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Working Group and its Policy Subcommittee is interested in your feedback to improve sexual assault prevention and response at Queen’s.Through this confidential survey, campus community members – students, faculty, and staff – can provide feedback in four key areas:
1 – support and response
2 – prevention education
3 – environmental factors
4 – policy
Data will be compiled by a Research Assistant and reported as thematic findings or suggestions. Findings will be reported in a way that will not reveal individual identities. Data will be retained for a period of five years in a secure location, after which time it will be destroyed.
Thank you in advance for participating. Your feedback will contribute to final recommendations leading to the development and implementation of sexual assault prevention and response policies, procedures and programs at Queen’s.
